What to expect from the onboarding process:

We have a 90 Day Onboarding process where we hope to make your beginning days with Water House as painless as possible.

Did you know that it’s painful to start a new job? Literally- people equate starting a new role with breaking a leg in studies in terms of pain level.

We hope to take that down a notch and make sure that from Day 1 we don’t overwhelm you and you have friendly people around that know your name and you can reach out to with questions.

Speaking of questions- our company motto is “No Big Deal” because we know that mistakes happen and that’s great because we learned something new and mistakes are an opportunity to create more connection and to laugh. We are all still learning everyday, and everyone in the company is your peer, so no judgement if you don’t know how to do something or find something. That’s expected and welcome.

  • At Water House Wellness, our mission is to optimize client treatments through our Virtual Talk Therapy Program and the GET READY PROGRAM. These initiatives are in the midst of transformation, and we're in search of a motivated, forward-thinking individual who thrives on new projects. We're seeking a dynamic professional who can work independently to build our therapy program, recruit providers, see patients, and simultaneously embark on the longer-term endeavor of developing a psychedelic-assisted therapy program.

This role begins as a Program Developer, collaborating closely with our Owner and Management Team, and eventually evolves into a Clinical Supervisor position once we've initiated patient care. If you're deeply passionate about mental health and ready to lead the way, we want to hear from you.

In Massachusetts, Massage Therapists must be paid as employees and automatically receive paid accrued sick time through the company as well as Paid Family Leave Benefits through the State of Massachusetts.

Our therapists are paid by a commission percentage on total treatment & member prices before any discounts.

For Full Time (30+ Hours) Employees with 5+ years experience with deep tissue, Orthopedic & Manual Lymph Drainage our commission percentage is 46% to start.

    • For 1 hour massage treatments that calculates to $57 for non members and $49 for member treatments.

    • There is the opportunity for a promotion to Master Therapist which calculates to $64.86/hour for non members and $56/hour for members before tips.

    • This is before tips which are not guaranteed, but tend to be 20%-24% of the total cost of the treatment roughly $20- $30 an hour.

    • This makes our hourly pay range $49- $94 per hour with tips.

    • Our massage therapists that take all of our internal paid training are typically 100% booked.

    • Providers with a special modality that retain 48% of their bookings are typically promoted to Master Therapist. We match new employees with another employee and offer paid coaching on any area of interest, including increasing retention.

For Full Time (30+ Hours) Employees with less than 3- 5 years experience, our commission percentage is 42% to start.

    • For 1 hour massage treatments that calculates to $52 for non members and $44.94 for member treatments.
