Sauna Orthopedic Deluxe Package: Dry Needling, Sauna & Massage $255

  • This package combines three treatments; a Trigger Points Therapy treatment (also known as Dry Needling) for 60 minutes with our Doctor of Acupuncture, a 30 minute Infrared Sauna session to decompress and integrate and a 75 minute massage with one of our massage therapists. If you would like to see a master therapist, the appointment will be adjusted to 60 minutes. Based on availability, the treatments can be booked in any order. The total treatment time is 120 minutes not including transition between treatments. Book this appointment if this is your first appointment with dry needling with our Doctor of Acupuncture. We will do a full intake. If this is a follow up appointment for acupuncture, we will have more time to spend with the needles, due to reduced intake time.

Sauna Orthopedic Package Dry Needling Follow Up & Sauna & Massage $200

  • Enjoy the sauna for 30 or 45 minutes where you may cycle intervals in and out of the sauna for maximum health benefit. This package adds Dry Brushing which is an exfoliating skincare treatment that also has lymphatic stimulation benefits, following with a full body hydrating masque. Based on availability, the treatments can be booked in any order. The total treatment time is 120 minutes not including transition between treatments. This treatment will likely take place entirely in one treatment room with one provider without transition time.

Sauna Skin Care Deluxe Package: Sauna & Dry Brushing & Masque & Facial $225

  • This package is the works in the body care department. Combines time to detox your skin in the sauna for 30 minutes before a full body Dry Brushing Exfoliation that removes surface cells and also has lymphatic benefits with our luscious Body Hydrating Masque, ending with a custom facial to address all of your skin care concerns: dry skin, pore size or fine lines and wrinkles. What your skin deserves. These treatments can be booked in any order based on availability and will take 165 minutes not including transition time between services.

  • This package combines all the upgrades with one of our Master Therapists, Sal! Sal will add the Hot Salt Stones & the Theragun to your 60 minute massage. Perfect for those who want to get in a little deeper and have problem areas. Based on availability, the treatments can be booked in any order. The total treatment time is 60 minutes not including transition between treatments.

  • This package combines a 75 minute massage treatment & time in the Infrared Sauna for 15 minutes. Relax in the sauna before or after your appointment with our therapist. Based on availability, the treatments can be booked in any order. The total treatment time is 90 minutes not including transition between treatments.

  • This package combines two treatments; a 75 minute Acupuncture treatment & our custom Facial. Enjoy 75 minutes with our Doctor of Acupuncture and follow it up with a soothing and restorative skin care treatment custom for your concerns. Based on availability, the treatments can be booked in any order. The total treatment time is 135 minutes not including transition between treatments.
