Grace R., Massage Therapist

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Grace is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute’s Massage Therapy program. She chose the path of massage after realizing that she is at her best when helping others feel better, physically and mentally.

Her two favorite worlds to blend together are the physical & the mental. As a former elite gymnast, Grace was taught at a young age how to take care of her body, through strengthening, stretching, and massage. She learned that truly taking care of your body and muscles is essential for not only performance, but everyday life.

Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, teaching the importance of mental health and how the mind works. She decided to blend these two worlds together and developed a love for exercise. Once she noticed how incredibly wholesome she felt from taking care of her own body, she knew she had to spread the love and help others have that same feeling!

Her style of massage is a firm flowy Swedish, where she can also include deep tissue techniques and stretching, if needed. The type of massage for when you have those spots that need “working out” but want to maintain zen.

What To Expect:

Your session will start with a brief discussion about your health, stress and problem areas.

Based on the information from your intake, Grace will devise a massage plan for your session that will best suit your specific needs. Each massage at water house is therapeutic, custom and tailored to the tension you report in your body and what the massage therapist finds when working on you.

We are all effecting the world in every moment, whether we mean it or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we are so deeply interconnected with one another.
