Therapeutic Bodywork
Miguel Aragoncillo is a licensed massage therapist with a strong foundation in movement science, athletic performance, and therapeutic bodywork. A graduate of the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy, Miguel integrates advanced manual therapy techniques with a deep understanding of biomechanics to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
With certifications in Active Release Technique (ART) and Functional Range Release (FRR) for the Upper Body, Lower Body, and Spine, Miguel specializes in soft tissue therapies that support both rehabilitation and performance optimization. He has extensive training with the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) and continues to deepen his expertise through ongoing education in postural assessment, breathing mechanics, and movement restoration.
Miguel has worked with professional sports organizations such as the MLS New England Revolution and the Boston Red Sox, as well as endurance athletes, including Boston Marathon runners. His experience in high-level sports environments has allowed him to refine his approach to recovery, injury prevention, and movement efficiency for athletes and active individuals alike.
Whether addressing chronic pain, injury recovery, or enhancing athletic performance, Miguel is committed to delivering individualized care that empowers clients to move and feel their best.

What To Expect:
Your session will start with a brief discussion about your health, stress and problem areas.
Based on the information from your intake, Miguel will devise a massage plan for your session that will best suit your specific needs. Each massage at water house is therapeutic, custom and tailored to the tension you report in your body and what the massage therapist finds when working on you.
