She enjoys working with clients to help their stress and pain management needs and is particularly helpful with clients experiencing pain in the shoulders and back. She enjoys working with prenatal clients; helping them during the arduous and awesome journey of creating life. She also likes helping those who are in need of stress relief as massage can help center and calm the nervous system.

Nicole’s work feels like.. Always catered to the client’s needs. Tailoring the massage to what will help them best. She strongly believes that massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. Her work is deep enough to help relieve stress and tension but not so deep as to cause pain. Nicole combines Swedish and Deep tissue techniques leaving clients feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Nicole frequently works with hot stones and stones can be incorporated into the session with little bit of notice. When working with stones, the warmth penetrates the skin and muscle tissue, soothing the nervous system, assisting in a more relaxed state. If at any time the stone is too hot or too cold, just let Nicole know. She will be checking in with you often.
