One on One Fitness Training

“Movement is one of the most important components of our physical well-being. The body is the physical support system to take us through life. Resistance training is one of the best tools to help keep the body strong. Exercising strength helps to bolster resilience in our response to life’s imposed physical demands. This includes exercise, daily activity, posture, and improved body mechanics to help with better general movement patterns.

My goal with clients in this setting is to use various resistance exercises (bodyweight, bands, light weights) to increase strength, mobility work to help improve range of motion and minimize stiffness, and encourage my client’s knowledge of how their bodies move to enhance overall kinesthetic awareness. Exercise is a great way to tune in with the body and make us more present in our physical being.” - Claire
