Connecting and Helping

Autumn has always enjoyed deeply connecting with and helping people, as it fills her heart with joy. The human body has always fascinated her with its intricacy and resilience. She has always believed that the mind, body, spirit connection is deeper than most people give it credit. Deep down, she knew while working in a high-stress restaurant environment, that there was a place that she could bring her passion and strength towards and get more fulfillment from. Because of this, she was so grateful to come upon Spirit Wellness Institute and graduated from there in 2023.

Through her amazing teachers she was able to really hone in, find her flow, and find a way to navigate the body that is unique to her. She learned how to bring people back to their parasympathetic nervous system, release fascia and muscle tightness, and bring people back into their body. Every body is different in their own beautiful way, so she likes to try different techniques (pin and stretch, trigger point, tepotement, some deep techniques, and soothing Swedish) during the massage to get the most out of it. She is still trying to find her “niche”, but she LOVES Swedish, deep hip work, orthopedic massage, and cupping!

For me, singing sad songs often has a way of healing a situation. It gets the hurt out in the open into the light, out of the darkness.
