“Hello and welcome,
I studied at two schools: Cayce/Reilly School of Massage which was named in honor of Edgar Cayce and Dr. Harold J Reilly and Spa Tech Institute in Westborough MA (formerly known as Polarity Therapy Institute). I chose these schools for their approach towards holistic therapy for whole body health and wellness.

In addition, I have continued my training in other forms of bodywork and healing modalities to include Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Crystal therapy, Sound therapy with crystal bowls, Remote healing, Sacred Geometry, Rising Star Healing System and Shamanic soul retrieval (for releasing fears and trauma).

During the massage session, I may apply a range of pressure from light to medium, to firm and deep. Deep (Tissue) pressure is generally for chronic/acute tightness and is more localized work to help relieve and reduce muscle restriction/stress/trauma.

My focus is to bring you back to alignment, balance, and a feeling ease and relaxation. I may guide you through the use of conscious rhythmic breathing (depending on what is needed). The more relaxed you are, the more quickly you will be able to let go of aches, stress, and tension in the body, which may also help to slow down the body’s aging time clock and help keep you feeling younger. 

Specialty areas are headaches/ migraines, joint aches , tightness/ tension in cranium base & neck.” - Sammy
